[When the feed starts, it seems like the SFC has been turned on accidentally turned on, seeing as it seems to be bouncing by someone's side, apparently attached to a belt. The person keeps walking near the plaza for a while before he stops and turns around, apparently looking at something for a while before he starts moving again.
